Restrictive Covenants

Although there is a recorded set of restrictive covenants (copy attached), the developer intends to allow a wide range of styles and types of exterior building materials so that owners may choose their own design and builder. Minimum heated and finished living space shall be 2800 sq. feet, exclusive of porches and garages, with a minimum of 2000 sf on the main living area. Both interior streets will be dedicated as public streets to be maintained by Hall County and not the HOA, and these streets will not be gated.
